Op 5 Juni verschijnt via Fret 12 Records/Bertus ‘Cauterize’, het tweede album van TREMONTI, de band van CREED- en ALTER BRIDGE-zanger/gitarist MARK TREMONTI. Op het door MICHAEL ‘ELVIS’ BASKETTE geproduceerde album (een interview met hem staat in de actuele Aardschok 4-2015) zijn verder de voormalig SUBMERSED-leden ERIC FRIEDMAN (gitaar) en GARRETT WHITLOCK (drums) te horen evenals huidig VAN HALEN-bassist WOLFGANG VAN HALEN. Ter ondersteuning van de nieuwe plaat komt Tremonti naar Europa. Op 17 juni speelt Tremonti in de Melkweg te Amsterdam en op 21 juni op Graspop (B). Helaas zonder Wolfgang Van Halen vanwege de zojuist aangekondigde Van Halen-toer. Wolfgang: „I am still part of Tremonti and very excited for the release of Cauterize, but unfortunately I am unable to participate in the upcoming tour dates, both in the States and overseas due to my prior commitment with Van Halen for the upcoming summer tour in support of the Tokyo Dome Live In Concert album. I’m looking forward to seeing all of the Tremonti-fans on the road as soon as my schedule permits!”
Hij wordt tijdelijk vervangen door TANNER KEEGAN.
